The design engineering team develops and designs new products up to the production stage. This is the place where innovations are transformed into prototypes, where field tests are performed and evaluated. If a new product proves itself within the strict test series, it first goes into pre-production before we include it in our product range as ready for series production.

In our production plant, people and robots work hand in hand. Our high-end and highly accurate production facilities allow us, to manufacture almost every part ourselves – injection molding included. The production workers operate the machines, and ensure regular quality controls throughout the entire production process.

This department not only handles all operational and strategic purchasing steps, it also supports production planning. In addition, the department handles all general administrative tasks that arise in daily business. That’s why this department plays a central role in coordinating Komet’s various departments.

Our sales-department takes care of our customers and is busy bringing our products to market. This is where orders are coordinated and processed, and where sales strategies and market analysis are developed. Our export specialists support the sales team and provide advice and assistance in direct customer contact

Our marketing team keeps a close eye on global market developments. They collaborate closely with strategic sales, and coordinate the international sales team. Moreover, this is where advertising measures are developed and implemented, that fit the requirements for the global variety of target groups and markets.
