With your expertise, you will be the bridge between our product development, production and developments on the global market. With a close eye you accompany important processes and are also the go-to person point for technical questions.
YOUR responsibilities:
- Market observation, analysis and identification of market trends
- Competition Analysis
- Needs assessment with regard to new products, functions and applications
- Accompanying the entire product cycle – from product development to testing to production readiness
- Supervision of field tests on site (globally) in collaboration with our development department
- Technical support of the existing product portfolio (functions, applications, etc.)
- Identifying potential problems at an early stage
- Development of solutions for application and product malfunctions
- Complaint management
- Create, maintain and manage technical documentation
- Contribute to the development of our own calculation software as well as its maintenance and administration
YOUR profile:
- (Agricultural) engineer or completed higher technical education
- Completed studies in economics with technical affinity or
- Completed, technical studies with interest in global economics
- Competences in dealing with IT programs
- Very good level of English, further language skills beneficial
- Willingness to travel to global destinations
