Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives us to seek a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our team and support our growth in the agricultural irrigation sector in Europe.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will report to the Managing Director, responsible for Sales and independently manage and develop relationships with our customers in the agricultural irrigation sector in Europe. Your primary focus will be on OEMs and dealers, driving sales and ensuring the successful implementation of our technically advanced products by farmers and growers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and dealers across Europe
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Provide expert technical support, guidance and training to customers and partners
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales, specifically in selling complex products
- Strong understanding of agricultural irrigation technology and its applications
- Demonstrated success in managing project-based sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High willingness to travel extensively across Europe
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European Language (ideally French and/or Italian)
